We had a fantastic time! My parents loved every minute they spend with Derek and would wake up early just to put in time with him.
Here is Derek and I with the Easter bunny at the Orange Mall. Derek got to see two Easter bunnys because the first one was sort of creepy looking. This one is much better.
We also had some visitors throughout the week. My girlfriend Sabrina and Tina came to visit us. It was so nice to see them!
Saturday we went to an Easter egg hunt at Tustin Sports Park. It wasn't really what we expected it to be. They had eggs scattered on the grass...not hidden and they counted down and thousands of kids ran to scoop up the eggs. How exciting! We made sure we got one egg for Derek. He didn't know what was going on but my cousins kids, Madison and Michael got to run for their eggs so it was worth it. The whole thing lasted maybe 30 seconds.
That night we had Easter with my dad's side of the family at my parent's house. We had a blast and Derek got his first Easter basket from Grandma Rosie and Aunt Joy.

Sunday we went to church and then to my grandma's house (on my mom's side). We had a wonderful Easter lunch and then hung out there all day. We always have an Easter egg hunt at my grandma's house with all the kids. Here's Derek all cute for Easter.

Bailey got to go swimming on Easter with some of my cousins and he couldn't have been happier.
