UNC defeats Duke!!

Tim was very excited to watch the North Carolina Basketball team stomp on their much hated rivals Duke this past Wednesday. Derek and Daddy were dressed in their UNC gear and watched their first North Carolina game together. Derek is sporting his "Born to be a Tar Heel" onsie and beanie. Tar Heel is the mascot for North Carolina for those who don't know.


Mommy enjoyed the game too with all her boys...including Bailey.

Yesterday, Thursday February 12th, Derek smiled at me for the first time. Well an actual social smile. He was lying on his yellow blanket (pic below) and was very happy! And so was mommy =). Doesn't he look so big already! We find out on Monday at the doctors what all his percentiles for weight, height and head size are...so stay tuned.
