My First Plane Ride

This last Wednesday through Monday, Tim, Derek and I travelled to North Carolina for Tim's brother Jerry and Donna's wedding. It was a long trip and there with a layover in Dallas. And of course, we got delayed in Dallas...2 hours! That always seems to happen to me when I have a layover in Dallas. Anyhow, Derek was a great little flyer. He played with toys, watched Baby Einstein videos (Tim's genius idea), and read books, but most of all just slept for most of the flights. He pretty much stuck to his normal schedule and we were very happy. We had a short bit of crying at the decent portion of the last flight, but it wasn't much. Everyone on the plane was telling us how good he did after the flight was over, so we were pleased.
