Happy Thanksgiving

We are back in Phoenix after a 10 day trip to California. Tim and I did a lot during our stay and it seemed to fly by. We wished we could have stayed 10 days longer =). Because my sister and Gene had to go to Phoenix for Thanksgiving, we decided to celebrate early on Tuesday night with just the immediate family and Grandparents. This was Thanksgiving #1. All the girls in the kitchen cooking...

While the boys sat in the den and watched football. Even Bailey joined them...

Bren, Bailey and Tim on one couch...

Gene and Dad snuggling on the little seat...
Dad and Grandpa doing a crossword puzzle. This is their normal routine when together.

We continued with our normal routine of Thanksgiving feasts on Thursday. First we start at my Grandma and Grandpa's house at around 12pm and eat a big Thanksgiving lunch and dessert. Yummy! Then around 6pm we head to my other Grandmas and Aunt Joy's house for feast #2. Both meals were delicious.

We did have a scare this year however. My sister had a freak seizure while back in Phoenix on Thanksgiving day. Besides some scrapes and a dislocated shoulder she is doing very well and the doctor's say it wasn't a neurological issue. We are very thankful that she is doing well and back in California.

Tim and I have a lot to be thankful for this year. We feel very blessed to have had a great pregnancy thus far and are looking forward to meeting our son. Our family is healthy and we have wonderful friends. We love all of you! Happy Thanksgiving!
